About Holly Brown
Hi there, I’m Holly Brown, Executive Chef, Food Blogger, and Cooking Class Instructor. My goal is to take you on a culinary excursion where you’ll learn, eat, and have some fun! I love classic European style cooking and menus that are fresh, beautiful, and tasty. I've studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, and the Alain Ducasse school in Paris. I believe cooking should be fun, pleasurable, and provide an outlet for your creativity!
As the Executive Chef at the Siren Song Vineyard Estate and Winery, I test recipes, develop menus for our winery, and teach private cooking classes. I’m lucky to be married to a wonderful winemaker. I like to say that my husband Kevin and I are a great pairing. At the Siren Song Winery and Restaurant we’re focused on culinary pleasures….cooking, making wine, and creating events that allow us to share our food, wine, and travel experiences from around the world with our friends and with you!
Years ago, our close friends dubbed our home “The Brown Lounge” because our last name is “Brown” and because our home had become a social hub where food, wine, and friends would meet. As a passion project, I developed an early website for cooks who like to entertain at home called TheBrownLounge.com. There you'll find menu ideas, recipes, photos, and videos that started my digital foray in the food and wine world. you can find more cooking inspiration here on my blog as well.
My "Siren Song" is to cook for you and with you at the Siren Song Vineyard Estate and Winery in Chelan, WA. Siren Song is a gorgeous winey and restaurant that sits on a seven acre vineyard on the south shore of Lake Chelan, WA.
