Hi there, I’m Holly Brown, and my goal is to inspire your culinary calling! I love classic European style menus that are fresh, beautiful, and uncomplicated. I've studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, and the Alain Ducasse school in Paris. I believe cooking should be fun and a great form of creativity and entertainment!
As head chef at the Siren Song Vineyard Estate and Winery, I test recipes, develop menus for our winery, and teach cooking classes. I’m lucky to be married to a foodie, a great cook and a wonderful winemaker. I like to say that my husband Kevin and I are a great pairing. Together we’re focused on culinary pleasures….cooking, making wine, and creating events that let us share our food, wine, and travel experiences from around the world with our friends and with you!
Years ago, our close friends dubbed our home “The Brown Lounge” because it had become a social hub where food, wine, and friends would meet. My "siren song" is to cook for you and with you at the Siren Song Vineyard Estate and Winery in Chelan, WA. It's a beautiful place on the lake with spectacular vineyard and lake views. We believe everyone has a siren song. What's yours?
