Cooking Class features seasonal ingredients for appetizers and hors d’oeuvres perfect for entertaining - Class covers a range of tips and techniques for optimizing your enjoyment in the kitchen, including "mis en place", knife skills, and how to create unique, and beautifully plated dishes with farm fresh ingredients. Menu varies based on seasonal ingredients. Fall class features stuffed/fried squash blossoms, ratatouille napoleon, fig and fruit compote, and more. You’ll also learn to make your own french baguette crostini.
Class includes a glass of sparking wine for each participant.
